Tangkula EVA 運動地墊，1/2吋 互鎖式柔軟泡棉拼圖地墊

I’ve been using these mats for my home HIIT workouts, and the interlocking edges stay put even during burpees. The 1/2-inch foam gives enough cushion for floor exercises without feeling too squishy.

My home gym setup finally feels complete with these mats—the 1/2-inch thickness absorbs impact well when I drop weights, and the interlocking edges fit together seamlessly without any gaps. I’ve had them down for two weeks now, and they still look and feel brand new even with daily use.

Finally, a floor mat that doesn't slide around during my home workouts. The interlocking edges click together firmly and stay put, and the half-inch thickness gives just enough cushion for laying on the floor.
